Sustainable Ballard is hosting a free workshop tomorrow Nov 4 at the Ballard Library to share information about RainWise Rebates – a City of Seattle & King County program that will pay up to 100% rebate for rain gardens and cisterns on your property.
Rebates through RainWise program just recently opened up for residents in the East Ballard neighborhood! To see if you’re eligible for RainWise rebates, just plug in your address at the RainWise website and show up at this free workshop on Monday to learn more!
When: Mon, 11/04
Time: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Location: Ballard Public Library, 5614 – 22nd Ave NW
Contact: Jenny Heins, firstname.lastname@example.org
At this workshop, you’ll:
- learn how rain gardens and cisterns help manage storm water and protect Puget Sound.
- hear from property owners who have already taken advantage of this great program.
- meet RainWise-trained contractors who can create beautiful rain gardens and cistern installations and walk you through the whole process.
- see a variety of examples of RainWise installations. RainWise might even be able to help you with a wet basement!
