If you’re craving a sweet treat, a visit to East Ballard’s newest eatery, “Bob’s Hot Mini Donuts” is a must! Bob’s is conveniently located in the east corner of the Zesto’s parking lot at 65th and 15th, and packed into an adorable mini-trailer-fashioned food truck. The business is run by East Ballard residents,  Shana Carmody and her daughter. They’re serving up hot mini-donuts cooked on the spot with your choice of toppings, like cinnamon, powdered sugar and chocolate frosting. I ran off with a mixed dozen to take home to my husband and barely had any left to share when I got home. Best to eat these babies while they’re hot!
